We supply a full range of Aerial lifts and Warehouse Equipment. In addition, we do supply Operators and equipment Familiarization Training. We, Avanz as a supplier specialized in Aerial Lifts, our Technicians and Mechanics are well trained and with years’ experience of the major brands in the market.
The main purpose of familiarization training is to make sure that the operator understands how to safely operate the machine to be used.

The normal procedure would be delivery the following day after payment was made. Ideally, we would prefer clients to inform us 3 days in advance, for the administration process such as Pre-delivery inspection report, Lifting Equipment LE certification, Vehicle clearance and Permit to Work approval etc. However, any urgent request, our team is always ready and willing to help.
Surcharges usually applied for Jurong Island, Sentosa, Off-shore, Army camp, Custom, Prison etc restricted area or ulu area, which requires additional / special permit, take longer time than usual to proceed the job. Any additional charges will be quoted for confirmation. Normally there is no surcharge for delivery in Singapore mainland.
Depends on the type of equipment. For some equipment, we will engage our logistic partners' service. Pertaining to that, transport is charged separately. Nevertheless, we keep our price at the most competitive range. Subjected to the order quantity, type and period. Occasionally, we do give discounts or even absorb the transport cost for customers to meet their budget. Conditions apply.
We provide 24/7 Service. Should there be any delivery required out of our normal working hours, the additional transport charges will be incurred.

For standard equipment rental, Diesel and Operator not included. However, in order for the smooth delivery. We provide ¼ tank of diesel fuel for each diesel boom lift. You may require a full tank of diesel fuel at additional cost. Diesel fuel rate will follow market standard rate.
Yes. mostly equipment installed with Industrial plug for charging. however we can supply a three pin plug upon your request. Free of charge.
We have supply operator service for our rental machines ( Boom Lift / Scissor Lift / Material Lift / Manlift / Push Around / Forklift), Different machine operator rate is different. Operator working hours from 9am to 6pm, 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday. Any other working hours outside the normal working hours period, OT charge will be applied. We also supply operator service if your site requires supply on weekends but the rate will be considered as overtime rate.
Familiarization training is provided upon delivery. Uplon request. Should there be any training required out of delivery time, the additional familiarization training charges will be incurred.
Our standard payment term is after confirmation of the order.
